We are seeking an initiative-taking, organized, and meticulous Project Manager to join the regional Construction Management department. The Project Manager will be responsible for the following general description, but not limited to the list below: Support of the project team for the successful, timely, and budget controlled completion of assigned construction and capital improvement projects Preparation and management of the project budget, project schedule, and the AHJ permitting process Selection of architects, engineers, trade consultants, and contractors appropriate for the project requirements Oversee the project drawing and specification process, review progress information to completion of scope of work documents Obtain proposals and bids, prepare proposal/bid comparison forms, and provide consultant/contractor recommendations Obtain ownership/manager approval of recommendations or alternate solutions Prepare professional service agreements and construction contracts using standard formats Organize and participate in project meetings, site visits, and workplace inspections to document progress and address any issues, deficiencies, and concerns Prepare and distribute project documentation, reports, and presentations as required or needed Maintain accurate records and documentation related to each project Assist leasing and property management in leasing/property management activities related to construction Prepare preliminary construction budgets for the leasing process and Capital Expenditure planning Perform other responsibilities assigned by the Senior Manager, assist other Construction Managers if the need occurs Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, engineering, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or a similar role with a concentration of field related experience:

5 years of experience is preferred Ability to read and correctly interpret construction documents Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written Able to effectively interact with owners, clients, consultants, and contractors Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Acrobat, and other relevant tools and applications Self-motivated with a proactive work ethic Ability to manage multiple projects that run concurrently in a fast-paced environment with deadlines to achieve This is a multi-jurisdictional role. Knowledge of the permitting process in Maryland, DC, and Virginia is preferred This is an in-office role with travel to local jobsites, properties, and/or other Lincoln local offices is required This position is

100% in-office . The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position. Pay Range: $130,000 USD - $150,000 USD About Lincoln Property Company
