Base pay range $40.00/hr - $45.00/hr
Overview As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and attracting top-tier candidates to our growth. You will deliver a high-quality candidate experience and this position reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
What You’ll Do
Recruitment Relationships: Develops and manages recruitment relationships with potential candidates, employees, and referral organizations. Measurement is based on time and quality of hire, retention rates, and feedback from hiring manager.
Recruitment Cycle Management: Manage the full recruitment cycle including posting requisitions, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and strategy development ensuring requirements are met. Responses and actions are delivered within 24-48 hours and all hiring managers are kept apprised of status.
Proactive candidate sourcing using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
Offer and Onboarding Coordination: Negotiate and prepare offers within budget, and coordinate with other departments for onboarding. Utilize metrics such as offer acceptance rate, time to offer acceptance and candidate feedback to determine effectiveness.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
5+ years of professional work experience
Maintain high levels of confidentiality
Experience working with ATS systems and sourcing tools
What We Offer
Compensation: $90,000-$100,000
You are a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident or possess other unrestricted U.S. work authorization and will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future.
