This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of editorial strategy, executive messaging, and cross-functional collaboration.
As Director of Communications & Content, you’ll lead the development of a cohesive content strategy that supports brand positioning and business goals. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and marketing teams to shape messaging across digital channels, thought leadership, and internal communications. This is a hands-on role for someone who can both set strategy and execute with precision.
Key Highlights
Lead content strategy and editorial planning across blog, web, email, PR, and social media.
Serve as a brand voice steward, ensuring consistency and quality across all communications.
Collaborate with executive leadership to translate insights into compelling content.
Partner with marketing and creative teams to align messaging and campaign execution.
Explore and integrate AI tools to enhance content development and workflow efficiency.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in communications, editorial leadership, or content strategy.
Strong writing and editing skills, including experience ghostwriting for executives.
Proven ability to build content programs in B2B environments; fintech, SaaS, or lending experience is a plus.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Experience managing content operations and editorial workflows.
Bonus: Familiarity with AI content tools and their strategic application.
