What This Role Will Be Doing
Serve as an ambassador and primary point of contact for customers. Focus on educating, training, and converting business with R&R dealers, lumber yards, and contractors/builders. Deliver presentations and build strong relationships while achieving company sales and growth goals. Maintain positive and profitable client relations. Waudena Entrance System Territory Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Increase sales with key Waudena accounts by executing personal and company sales initiatives. Regularly visit customers to grow relationships and identify new opportunities Execute customer programs in your territory from start to finish Increase revenue by being a solutions provider Identify opportunities for the entire portfolio of Waudena products Promote online capabilities and train OSRs using online resources (Storefront/Configurator) Conduct educational meetings for large and small audiences Increase brand awareness by attending local, regional and national trade show events. Complete all sales reports on time and accurately. Work effectively cross functionally to help provide positive customer experience. Compliance with all company safety initiatives and safety observations to meet company goals.

Education / Experience
High School Diploma, College Degree and/or 2-5 years of related sales experience Knowledge of entrance systems may be helpful but is not a requirement Basic Microsoft Office Suite knowledge Substantial planning and organizational abilities

Director of Waudena Sales Working Demands / Requirements
Capable of travelling, including some overnights during weekdays, up to 50% Must possess a MVR that qualifies per the auto insurance requirements Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. occasionally
