Executive Assistant, Amazon Pharmacy
at Amazon. This Seattle-based role supports two Directors in the Amazon Pharmacy Customer and AI Engineering team. The executive assistant will understand business priorities, react with urgency to situations requiring a quick turnaround, and proactively solve problems. Handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism with senior executives and external stakeholders is required. Responsibilities
Manage multiple complex calendars for two Directors; plan and organize events of all sizes; coordinate domestic and international travel. Anticipate needs, solve problems, and maintain effective communication across teams; create a positive team environment. In-office requirement: 5 days per week in Seattle. Serve as a resource beyond basic administrative support and be looked to as a pseudo COS to support operations. Basic Qualifications
5+ years of senior-level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience High school diploma or equivalent Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications Preferred Qualifications
