Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr
Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Treasury Operations Associate to join a global investment firm. This individual will play a key role in supporting daily treasury functions, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of cash management, wire transfers, and foreign exchange (FX) settlements. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of treasury experience within a financial services or investment management environment, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, global setting.
Key Responsibilities
Process and monitor daily wire transfers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
Manage and reconcile daily cash positions, ensuring appropriate liquidity for funding needs.
Coordinate and confirm FX settlements and other treasury-related transactions.
Assist with short-term cash forecasting and liquidity planning.
Monitor bank account activity, resolve exceptions, and ensure proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (accounting, operations, risk) and external banking partners.
Support treasury reporting, controls, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
2–5 years of treasury operations experience, preferably in a financial services or investment management firm.
Hands-on experience with wire transfers, cash management, and FX settlements required.
Familiarity with treasury management systems (TMS) and banking platforms.
Strong Excel skills; ability to analyze and reconcile large data sets.
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven global environment.
