You will report directly to our PSS CFO and you will work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

Drive financial modeling and forecasting to support informed decision-making and to develop and execute the company's financial strategy and long-term financial plans.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with strategic priorities.

Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and financial controls, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Optimize cash flow, investments, and working capital to support business objectives.

Lead the implementation of financial systems and process improvements for operational efficiency.

Develop and manage annual budgets, working closely with department heads to align spending with corporate goals and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to enhance financial performance.

Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering their growth and development.

Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE

A minimum of 8 years of experience in senior finance roles, with a proven track record of financial leadership.

Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills.

Excellent understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

Relevant certifications such as CPA or CFA are highly valued.
