Marketing Coordinator role at Omni Hotels & Resorts. This entry-level position is onsite at Omni Hotels & Resorts corporate headquarters located in Dallas, TX. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in the development and execution of brand, content and partnership marketing strategies to enhance the brand identity, engage audiences and drive results. This role coordinates content production, tracks partnership deliverables, assists with creative initiatives, and ensures the smooth execution of various marketing projects. This position offers hands-on experience and professional growth with exposure to strategic brand initiatives. The ideal candidate is strategic, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing, enjoys working behind the scenes to bring projects to life, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinating projects by tracking timelines, budgets, deliverables, and performance to ensure a smooth execution Maintain organized documentation and records of contracts, invoices, and other relevant project materials Curate engaging content (e.g., photos, copywriting), for overall storytelling and marketing needs on websites, campaigns, and more Support the Director of Brand Management and Marketing with general administrative tasks, project planning, and cross-team coordination, ensuring priorities are managed efficiently Support the Content Marketing Manager with photo and video project coordination, including but not limited to, scheduling logistics, creative concepting, vendor relations, post-production review, and asset distribution Support the Partnerships Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of partner campaigns and activations (e.g. sports sponsorships, brand, golf, vendor partnerships) Provide on-site support for photo shoots and activation at partner events as needed Maintain Omni’s content library by managing assets and providing user support Assist in the development of campaign recapping and reporting Adapt and work cross-functionally across multiple internal/external stakeholders, supporting three distinct leaders (Content Marketing Manager, Partnerships Marketing Manager, and Director of Brand Management and Marketing) Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to clearly convey ideas and coordinate with cross-functional teams Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and ensuring accuracy Adaptable mindset with a passion for generating engaging ideas, problem-solving, and adjusting to shifting priorities Proactive, open-minded individual who thrives on finding solutions and taking initiative Demonstrates professional conduct both inside and outside the office when conducting business Flexible and capable of taking on special assignments or projects as directed by the supervisor Preferred (not Required) Skills
