Insight Global is seeking a highly organized and proactive

Assistant to the President

for one of our clients for the 2025–2026 year. This role is a key partner to the President, providing high-level administrative, organizational, and operational support to ensure the office runs with efficiency, professionalism, and purpose. You’ll collaborate across departments—including Development, Finance, Human Resources, and the Board of Trustees—to align efforts with executive priorities, streamline communication, and drive key initiatives forward. This position requires discretion, initiative, and strong organizational skills, along with the ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism. Responsibilities

Executive Support & Calendar Management:

Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation for the President; anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts; ensure the President is equipped with materials and briefing notes for all engagements; draft, edit, and proofread letters, memos, emails, and reports; screen and route incoming communications; serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; prepare and archive materials for Board and committee meetings; coordinate logistics, including agendas, minutes, hospitality, and tech setup; track and follow up on action items. Financial Aid Coordination:

Partner with Finance and Enrollment teams to manage application tracking and award communications Human Resources Support:

Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and confidential HR matters Development Office Partnership:

Log donations and review thank-you letters Project & Event Coordination:

Support strategic initiatives and schoolwide projects Event Coordination:

Plan and execute events hosted by the President’s Office Confidentiality & Recordkeeping:

Maintain confidentiality across personnel, donor, and institutional records; exercise discretion in all aspects of the role Qualifications

3–5 years of executive administrative support experience, ideally in mission-driven organizations Experience with financial aid and HR processes is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills High level of professionalism and confidentiality Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Strong initiative and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Personal Attributes

$70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Employment type
