Marketing Director

to lead its marketing function. This senior leadership role is based in Baton Rouge and reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. The Marketing Director will shape the company’s brand presence, enhance customer engagement, and drive revenue growth through innovative, data-driven marketing strategies. Marketing agency experience is strongly preferred, but not required. Location: Baton Rouge, LA | In-Office Role | Travel: Up to 10% | Local candidates strongly preferred This is a full-time, in-office position. The successful candidate will lead a team of three marketing professionals and manage third-party vendor relationships, partnering closely with executive leadership, sales, and operational teams. This role offers a high-impact opportunity to develop and implement comprehensive, multi-channel marketing plans aligned with the company’s expanding national footprint. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Lead and mentor an internal team of three, ensuring effective project execution, development, and collaboration. Oversee digital marketing, SEO, content strategy, email campaigns, social media, and traditional marketing initiatives. Manage external marketing vendors and agencies to support creative and media execution. Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive insights to inform strategy and optimize performance. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and executive teams to align messaging and market positioning. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints. Manage the marketing budget and track performance metrics (KPIs) to maximize ROI. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Proven success in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within industrial, B2B, or related sectors. Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, content creation, campaign execution, and brand management. Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and manage third-party vendors. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Preferred Traits and Competencies

Prior marketing agency experience strongly preferred Candidates with ties to the Baton Rouge and/or New Orleans area preferred Experience integrating new companies through M&A preferred Ownership mindset with a commitment to driving results and continuous improvement Stand out candidates will exhibit energy, drive and an entrepreneurial spirit Ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead cross-functional initiatives Agile and adaptive, with a comfort level adjusting strategies based on data and evolving business needs High level of accountability and attention to detail in execution and reporting Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $140,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on a candidate’s relevant experience, education, demonstrated leadership, and industry knowledge. The role includes an annual bonus opportunity of 15% to 20%, based on company and individual performance.
