This role brings the Microsoft brand promise to life through insight-driven and strategically sound storytelling. In this role, you will partner closely with marketers, designers, strategists, and stakeholders across integrated marketing, product, and brand teams to develop impactful copy that resonates with business decision-makers, IT audiences, and broader commercial communities. Lead copy development across integrated marketing campaigns — particularly for digital, social, and emerging platforms. Translate complex product narratives into accessible, engaging copy that aligns with audience needs and channel best practices. Craft platform-specific headlines, body copy, calls to action, scripts, and messaging frameworks across the customer journey. Maintain and evolve Microsoft’s brand voice through updated playbooks, guidelines, and tone-of-voice documentation. Partner with designers and creative stakeholders to bring integrated concepts to life in a cohesive, brand-aligned way. Stay attuned to trends, technology, and audience behavior to bring innovative thinking to every brief. Support both long-form content (e.g., blogs, landing pages, eBooks) and short-form storytelling (e.g., social assets, email copy). Manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail, deadlines, and creative quality. Experiment with generative AI and automation tools to enhance ideation, iteration, and content workflows. Live our culture and values in daily work. Qualifications
