Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Labor & Employment Law Attorney
to join our growing litigation team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling employment matters—particularly those involving sexual harassment, workplace assault, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. Location: Dallas, TX; Hybrid in Dallas (3 days in-office per week). Responsibilities
Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including sexual harassment, workplace assault, discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations. Provide compassionate and strategic legal counsel to clients navigating sensitive and high-stakes matters. Manage cases from intake through resolution, including depositions, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. Represent clients before the EEOC, NLRB, DOL, and other relevant agencies. Draft and review employment agreements, workplace policies, handbooks, and severance agreements. Conduct internal investigations and compliance audits for employer clients. Stay current with evolving labor and employment law trends and changes. Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school in the United States. Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas. Minimum 6 years of experience in labor and employment law. Proven experience handling cases involving sexual harassment and/or workplace assault. Strong litigation, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Personal Injury experience in MVA and CVA is a plus. Excellent legal writing and research abilities. Comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with class/collective actions or PAGA claims. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus. Experience working with plaintiff-side or employee advocacy firms.
