Pluralsight is seeking a Senior Manager, North America Talent Acquisition to lead our recruiting efforts and help us find the best talent to shape the future of tech. You'll help shape our hiring strategy, build and mentor a team of recruiters, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across North America. Lead with vision: Drive our North America talent acquisition strategy, partnering with the Head of Talent Acquisition to develop innovative plans aligned with business objectives. Build & Grow Teams: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple functions, hire/train/mentor recruiters, ensuring they have the skills and resources to succeed. Strategize & Innovate: Forecast hiring needs, proactively develop strategies to ensure the right talent at the right time, and lead projects to enhance hiring processes and candidate experience. Partner & Influence: Serve as a key partner to People Business Partners, Finance, and business leaders; provide data-driven insights and guidance to ensure alignment and effective communication on recruiting efforts. Experience & Expertise: Minimum 8 years of talent acquisition experience, or 6+ years with an advanced degree; proven leadership and track record of success. Communication & Influence: Ability to effectively communicate strategies and status updates to all levels, and build strong, trusting stakeholder relationships. Requirements
Hybrid Work Model: The role follows a hybrid schedule with on-site work at our Westlake/Dallas, TX office Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. The US base salary range for this role is $95,000-$130,500 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
