Overview
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Vice President, New Business Ventures provides high‑level administrative support for 0-1 incubation and launches of GenAI products at Adobe. Recent launches include Firefly for Enterprise, Firefly Services, and Firefly Custom Models; this year Adobe has launched Firefly Foundry and 3rd‑Party Partner models. You will collaborate closely with executive‑level customers, partners, senior leaders, E‑team and SVP EAs, event coordinators, and cross‑functional teams in product, engineering, legal, sales, and marketing.
A successful candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment with meticulous attention to detail, comfortable operating in ambiguity, with a low ego, and a readiness to roll up sleeves and build rapport internally and with customers.
Responsibilities
Coordinate a sophisticated (complex) VP calendar
Be responsive to key external and internal partners, including time‑sensitive matters outside normal business hours (e.g., sales deal cycles, customer meetings, and speaking engagements)
Represent Adobe, the VP, and the team in a brand‑building light through thoughtful, friendly, timely follow‑through and sound judgment
Ensure the VP has customer or event briefing and context in advance of meetings; prepare presentation materials from the standard library as needed
Arrange travel and accommodations for executives; prepare expense reports; arrange team offsites and customer visits
Manage vendors, purchase orders, and team events, as needed
Collaborate across internal groups including executive communications/PR, event coordinators, research/engineering, product, marketing, legal, strategy, and operations
Prepare administrative and operational Word, Excel, and PowerPoint materials, agendas, and reports
Participate in or lead special projects as appropriate

Skills and qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
8+ years of related experience as an executive assistant supporting senior executives
Ability to use enterprise tools like ChatGPT, Salesforce, and internal sales portals
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Flexible hours as dictated by business needs
Compensation and notices Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $79,100 – $166,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short‑term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non‑sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short‑term incentives via the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long‑term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
