Your role As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you are the face of our brand and bring its values to life every day. You help guests find exactly what they’re looking for and create a shopping experience that leaves them better than when they arrived. You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty while representing our company values.
Your responsibilities
Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a friends-first mindset.
Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make recommendations to fit their needs.
Share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
Support the team to achieve store goals and create a collaborative environment.
Adhere to AEO policies and procedures with integrity.
You would be great for this role if
You enjoy interacting with people and can stay energized while handling multiple tasks.
You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
You love AE and Aerie products.
You have retail experience and believe practice makes perfect.
You are at least 18 years old.
