Position Summary
The Lead Director, Trade Relations is responsible for shaping and executing contracting and vendor management strategies that drive the US distribution of Cordavis products. This role will oversee all wholesaler and third-party vendor relationships, ensuring seamless product launches, building and maintaining relationships, and operational excellence. As a key cross-functional partner, you’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across Legal, Procurement, 3PL, and Wholesaler teams supporting contracting activities. Oversee, negotiate, and execute contracts and amendments for Wholesalers, 3PL, and Freight Forwarders to support new services and product launches
Establish and manage Wholesaler SLAs, scorecards, business reviews, and regular status calls to drive performance and accountability
Leverage account management and vendor negotiations to optimize distribution costs
Serve as additional escalation point for Cordavis product availability issues at Wholesalers and vendor partners, resolving issues related to finance, returns, service levels, and purchase orders in collaboration with Sr. Project Manager
Drive continuous improvement in contracting processes, including managing Requests for Quotes/Proposals and identifying opportunities for cost savings and risk mitigation
Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance the US Distribution of Cordavis products distribution objectives
Required Qualifications
10+ years total related work experience
8 years’ experience in the specialty pharmacy, healthcare, distribution or pharmaceutical industry required
Successful experience in business development and contracting, experience effectively presenting in front of large, executive level customer audiences required.
Ability to travel, up to 20% of the time, as needed, per business needs
Ability to work in a high paced and changing environment
Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building and cross functional team management

Bachelors Degree Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: $100,000.00 - $231,540.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
