Contract-to-Hire Responsibilities
Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of robotic systems Provide technical training and ongoing support to customers Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving escalated technical issues Collaborate with internal engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements Travel to customer sites nationwide (up to 75%, primarily East Coast) Assist other internal teams remotely during non-travel periods Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience in hardware/software support, automation, or a related technical field Proficiency with hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and troubleshooting techniques Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Comfortable with frequent travel and working independently in dynamic environments Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related discipline Familiarity with industrial environments and factory automation systems Experience supporting both hardware and software in integrated systems Exposure to ROS, Python, and/or C++ Why Apply?
