Travel Sterile Processing Technician/CPT

American Traveler is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician Team Lead with leadership experience and required certification for an evening shift assignment.Job Details•Work in sterile processing department as Team Lead,•Evening shift, Monday to Friday from 2:30pm to 11:00pm,•On-call requirement one weekend per month,•Utilizes Censitrac instrument tracking tool, Steris washers and sterilizers, VPRO max, ultrasonic equipment, and Medivators,•Cerner experience preferred,Job Requirements•Minimum 1 year of sterile processing experience required; 2 years preferred,•Prior lead SPT experience required,•CRCST (HSPA) or CSPDT (CBSPD) certification required,•BLS (AHA) preferred,•Must provide two references from supervisors within the last 3 years of employment,•Cerner experience preferred,•Local candidates within 50 miles are not accepted,•License required if applicable,Additional Information•Lead, supervise, and support the sterile processing team,•Responsible for instrument reprocessing including use of specialized equipment,•Ensure adherence to decontamination and sterilization protocols,•Required to participate in weekend call rotation,•Scrub dress code will be followed as per unit standards,•RTO (requested time off) must be provided for consideration,•Certifications must be attached at the time of application,],•hash,:•5952539139086795725,
