Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Nuclear Medicine

American Traveler is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with at least 2 years of experience and RT(N) or CNMT certification for day shifts in an acute care hospital.Job Details•Position is in an acute care hospital nuclear medicine department,•Duties include performing stress tests, bone scans, thyroid, parathyroid, GI studies, lung scans, cardiac, sentinel node, VQ, pulmonary, liver, spleen, hepatobiliary, renal, and gastric emptying studies,•Caseload is up to 12 cases per tech across three rooms,•Shift is Monday through Wednesday, 8-hour day shifts with rotating start times (7:00, 7:30, 8:30 AM),•No call or floating required,•Uses Epic EMR; experience with Epic is required,Job Requirements•Current RT(N) or CNMT certification,•Minimum of 2 years of recent nuclear medicine technologist experience,•Experience performing the specified nuclear medicine and cardiac procedures,•Epic charting experience required,•Ability to pass fit testing; facial hair must be managed for proper testing,•Valid Missouri state license required at time of consideration or pending Illinois license accepted,•Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility,•License required if applicable,Additional Information•First-time travelers are accepted,•No floating to sister facilities required,•Scrub color is pewter/gray,•No call or weekends required for this schedule,•No local candidates accepted within a 75-mile radius,•No RTO allowed during the first week; up to 7 days RTO permitted per 13-week contract,•Permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as travelers,•Travelers can stay up to 18 months consecutively, then must take a 3-month break,•Allied travelers can stay up to 12 months, then must take a 6-month break,•No parking cost,],•hash,:•7246941343309228400,
