About the roleThe TikTok Shop Manager is a commerce-first leader responsible for owning and scaling Ritual's TikTok Shop strategy, creator affiliate ecosystem, and campaign performance to drive revenue, while making sure that created content is compliant to Ritual's brand fit. The TikTok Shop Manager will manage creator recruitment, affiliate incentive programs, live selling activations, and agency execution, while working closely with cross-functional teams (Performance Marketing, Retail, Social) to ensure TikTok Shop delivers incremental growth and measurable ROI.What you'll doStrategy & P&L OwnershipOwn TikTok Shop's commerce strategy, pacing, and revenue goals; oversee P&L, ROAS, and affiliate mechanics.Translate broader brand objectives into performance-driven commerce strategies.Report performance metrics to leadership, differentiating brand awareness metrics (owned by Social) from sales KPIs (owned by this role).Creator & Affiliate Program ManagementRecruit, vet, and onboard TikTok creators specifically for commerce and conversion performance (distinct from organic social creators).Develop affiliate incentive structures and campaigns to maximize sales lift.Lead creator training and pitch sessions to ensure platform compliance and scalable results.Manage all content approvals tied to TikTok Shop compliance, sales messaging, and performance optimization.Agency & Partner ExecutionLead all agency partners supporting TikTok Shop initiatives, ensuring deliverables are sales-driven and align with campaign KPIs.Act as Ritual's key liaison with TikTok category teams, focusing on commerce innovation and algorithmic advantages.Performance Analytics & ReportingDeliver weekly and monthly performance reports: sales impact, affiliate growth, CAC, and ROI.Run tests and iterate strategies based on insights, scaling high-performing creator and affiliate relationships.Who you areCurious and analytical, with a passion for learning and staying ahead of trends in the social commerce and creator economy space.Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple creator relationships, campaigns, and performance metrics seamlessly.Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to own projects from strategy through execution.Creative problem solver, blending data and intuition to drive innovative approaches and scalable strategies.Empowered collaborator and communicator, building strong relationships with creators, agencies, and internal teams.What you'll need3-5+ years in creator marketing, social commerce, or account/agency management.Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, affiliate mechanics, and creator incentives.Experience managing agency workflows and leading internal teams.Proficiency in performance analytics, campaign reporting, and P&L tracking.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Willingness to travel to TikTok summits and creator events across the U.S.We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every qualification listed above. The salary range represents the entire compensation range for this position. Exact compensation will depend on a number of factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, level, years of experience, technical expertise, and other qualifications. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range.
