Position Summary: Inventory Analyst The inventory analyst assists the merchandise planners and store planners in managing inventory to minimize backorders, maximize inventory turns and profitability and achieve established customer service levels for both eCommerce and Retail. Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:

Create, Update and Maintain Purchase Orders for assigned planner. Track purchase orders. Maintain order shipping and arrival dates . Hotlist any urgent inbound POs for DC priority. Maintain customer backorders. Track and update past due orders. Assist and process ship not received orders older than 60 days. Maintain and update cost variances across open orders. Action unreceivable product report for MFI and GC DCs. Maintain various reports to support Merch Planners. Document vendor compliance issues. Analyze in stock 10 weeks, 4 weeks, and 2 weeks prior to Promo/Ad drops. To join our band, you'll need the following experience:

Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Business Administration or 4 years of relevant work experience. 1 year of relevant work experience (in addition to degree or years of previous experience). Proficient in Excel (pivot table, vlookup)

Pay Rate: $25.00- $32.40/ hr depending on background and experience.
