We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
DevOps Engineer
with 1–3 years of experience to collaborate with developers and IT staff in overseeing code releases and maintaining infrastructure. This role bridges software development and operations, leveraging automation tools, scripting, and cloud services to optimize deployment pipelines, infrastructure, and overall system performance. Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Automation:
Design, implement, and manage automated CI/CD deployment pipelines using
Azure DevOps ,
TFS , or similar tools.
Create and maintain
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
using
ARM templates ,
Bicep , or
Terraform
for automated provisioning and configuration of infrastructure components.
Monitoring & Performance Optimization:
Implement monitoring solutions using
Azure Monitor ,
Log Analytics , and
Application Insights .
Collaborate with developers to optimize configurations and code for performance improvements.
Security & Compliance:
Enforce cloud security best practices and compliance standards (RBAC, network rules, managed identities).
Work with security teams to perform audits, vulnerability assessments, and implement required remediations.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work cross-functionally with development, QA, and operations teams to understand requirements and deliver robust infrastructure solutions.
Communicate status updates, risks, and technical solutions clearly to stakeholders.
Incident Response & Troubleshooting:
Participate in on-call rotations and respond to system outages or incidents.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
Core Cloud Responsibilities (Azure-focused):
Azure Machine Learning:
Automate deployment of ML workspaces, compute clusters, and endpoints.
Azure Application Services:
Manage deployment of web apps, APIs, and app service plans.
Azure Databricks:
Provision and manage workspaces, clusters, and jobs via IaC tools.
Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2:
Automate storage setup, access controls, and analytics service integration.
Security & Governance:
Apply RBAC, managed identities, and networking rules consistently.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
1–3 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or a related cloud engineering role.
Experience with
Azure DevOps ,
CI/CD pipelines , and
infrastructure automation .
Proficiency in scripting with
Azure CLI ,
PowerShell , or
Python .
Familiarity with
Terraform ,
ARM templates , or
Bicep .
Working knowledge of
Azure Monitor ,
Log Analytics ,
Application Insights , or equivalent observability tools.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while managing operations and resolving incidents efficiently.
