Sr. Healthcare Project Manager with Claims, Enrollment or Care Management experience
Contract Motocol is recruiting for our client. Responsible for managing multiple mid-sized projects with hands-on project management experience to deliver business solutions and services. Defines project charters, plans, scope, and delivery. Contributes to and improves project management methodology within the IT-PMO group, translating business requirements into technical design strategies. Coordinates with technical leads, developers, and various teams to plan, design, and implement solutions. Responsibilities: Manage 4-5 mid-sized projects simultaneously. Develop project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and traceability matrices. Create and track project budgets. Apply best practices and standards; understand key project metrics. Manage changing and competing priorities effectively. Handle difficult stakeholders professionally. Utilize strong analytical skills; quickly understand application domain and processes. Develop and present presentations to senior executives. Improve existing processes and develop new ones for efficiency and quality. Possess some technical background in application development to understand requirements and design, engage resources, and provide accurate estimates. Skills: 7-10 years of project management experience in the health insurance industry, especially in Claims, Enrollment, or Care Management. Healthcare insurance domain expertise is essential. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. PMP certification. All information will be kept confidential per EEO guidelines. Contract duration: 6+ months Rate: $70/hr Candidate requirements: EAD, Green Card, or US Citizen. No OPT EAD.
