12+ Months (Part-time, 20 hrs/week) Job Description: Our direct client is seeking an experienced, dedicated candidate for a part-time, mostly remote role. The ideal candidate will possess the skills and expertise outlined below. Responsibilities: Analyze and document client systems, processes, and databases, including documenting AS-IS and TO-BE business processes and technology. Collaborate with Transportation Application Development Units (TAD) customers to gather needs and requirements, and recommend design solutions to TAD and TDU leadership. Support and document unit, system, and user acceptance testing. Provide business opportunity evaluation assessments for TAD. This role primarily focuses on integrating the AASHTOWare Project Suite projects. Required Skills and Experience: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with customers and document their needs clearly. Understanding of the Information System Development Lifecycle, including requirements management, data management, functional specifications, testing procedures, and end-user training. Experience with requirements analysis, including source code analysis if needed. Experience with enterprise software solutions. Basic knowledge of project management processes.
