Executive Director of Information Technology PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform system deployments including hardware and software configuration, primarily on Apple computers and tablets. Troubleshoot supported desktop operating systems and applications. Distribute custom software to all Apple systems. Manage backups of Apple workstations and laptops. Maintain excellent communication and documentation skills. Perform other related duties as assigned by manager and/or assistant manager. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education:
High School Diploma/GED Experience: 3-4 years of experience in Apple support, emphasizing Intel-based Apple hardware and software including MAC, iOS devices. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and network administration/protocols, iOS and/or macOS application development.
