Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) As a psychologist at Ellie Mental Health’s locally owned and operated clinic in Columbia, Maryland, you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination. Conveniently located near the Columbia Mall at 10025 Governor Warfield Parkway, Suite 206, Columbia, MD 21044 Responsibilities include: Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation in a timely manner. Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals. Actively engage in consultations with colleagues to ensure high quality care for all office clients. Required Qualifications and Skills: Clinical licensure is required (PhD or PsyD). Experience with completing diagnostic evaluations, treatment plans, and clinical case notes in a timely manner. Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base. Candidates must be able to work in Maryland with a Maryland license, or relocating to Maryland and be license-eligible. General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation. Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients. Proficient or able to quickly learn to use Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant).
