Jr. Systems Administrator

We are currently in search of a Systems Administrator to support our customer at a Data Center supporting NAS Patuxent River, MD. This position supports a 24/7 Data Center operation, therefore working on Holidays, Nights, and/or Weekendsmay be required if applicable. Responsibilities: Maintaining Windows servers and Active Directory Ensuring system compliance with NAVAIR, DISA and DoD RMF Requirements Security monitoring for access control Documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Processes and Issues Monitoring HEAT ticketing system Assist with monthly server maintenance Required Experience: A minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience Experience with Windows OS Experience working with Windows Server 2012 Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting methods and processes Required Education & Qualifications: HS diploma or equivalent is required US Citizenship is required Current Security+ CE Certification is required Active Security Clearance –minimum of an interim Secret security clearance is required; an eventual upgrade to Top Secret will be necessary Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment Contract: This position supports an active, funded contract.
