Position Overview:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager to join our growing team. This role combines administrative excellence with people development, as you'll be instrumental in training new caregivers and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Caregiver Development:
Conduct orientation for new hires, including training on Senior Gems® dementia care, Parkinson's care, and veterans care protocols
•
Payroll & HR Support:
Verify time sheets, process payroll, coordinate background checks, and manage new hire documentation
•
Administrative Excellence:
Data entry into home care software, client coordination, and general office management
•
Training & Presentation:
Comfortable presenting company policies and care protocols to new team members
What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
•
Healthcare background required
- experience in healthcare administration, nursing, medical office, or senior care setting • Minimum 2 years office/administrative experience, preferably in healthcare • Understanding of healthcare terminology, documentation, and compliance requirements • Excellent communication skills with healthcare professionals and families • Strong attention to detail with medical/care documentation • Interest in senior care and aging-in-place services.
Additional Preferred Skills:
• Experience with healthcare billing, insurance, or care coordination • Knowledge of dementia, Parkinson's, or chronic disease care • Comfort with training/presenting healthcare protocols • Tech-savvy with healthcare management software
