Preferred (Technical or Functional) At least 5 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise or solutions architecture, and architectural frameworks. Strong SFDC knowledge and experience with integration components such as Cloud integration, Cloud Security, SFDC APIs, Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, and Apex callouts. Solid technical foundation including Advanced structured programming (APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java), understanding of RDMS concepts, SQL, and system analysis and design. Experience analyzing and reviewing technical architectures, providing options and recommendations, and understanding enterprise IT issues. Minimum 3 years experience developing technical strategies on the Salesforce platform, with the ability to demonstrate solutions addressing customer requirements. Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle Salesforce implementations, including architecture definition and project leadership from an architectural perspective. Thorough understanding of Salesforce development, including Declarative tools, Apex Coding, and Visual Force. Experience with deployment and packaging using Metadata API, Change Set, and Ant. Knowledge of best practices in coding standards, deployment, security, and integration within Salesforce. At least 2 years of experience in thought leadership, white papers, and mentoring teams. Willingness to travel regularly in a management consulting environment. Complete understanding of Salesforce governor limits. Experience implementing SOAP and REST web services, creating Web Service classes, and WSDL generation. Proficiency in Apex Classes, Visual Force Pages, Triggers, Controllers, and JavaScript (JQuery) for complex business requirements. Fluency in SOSL and SOQL, workflows, and tools like Data Loader, Eclipse, SoapUI, Ant Scripts, AJAX toolkit. Experience migrating customizations from Sandbox to Production, including configurations, packages, and objects. Customization of Reports, Dashboards, Workflows, and Approval Processes. Flexible with change and possess good communication skills. Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Platform Developer I/II or DEV 501 Certification. Experience with API implementation, Single Sign-On, and Java is a plus. Strong analytical skills and a desire to work in a management consulting environment requiring travel. Basic Bachelors degree or equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the field may substitute for education. Minimum 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
