Responsibilities
- Build out Developer Relations program structure (mentorship, management, streamlining workflow processes)
- Respond to technical inquiries and product-related issues in a timely manner to support developers building with or on Supra
- Interface with internal and external technical teams, translating challenges and feedback into actionable insights to improve product
- Create and operate the developer relations community on Gitter/GitHub
- Product ownership in front of all stakeholders (marketing, engineering, business development, compliance)
- Developing high quality onboarding resources such as demo apps, code templates, technical guides, tutorials, and blog posts
- Presenting at developer conferences, hackathons, boot camps, and other developer workshops
- Hosting webinars and other developer engagement sessions on Discord and Twitter to grow our community (webinars, workshops, and hackathons)
- Create developer tools, SDKs, and APIs for Supra L1 blockchain ecosystem and microservices, including oracle, VRF, automation, and cross-chain interoperability
Qualifications
- 4+ years of actively engaged experience with open-source projects
- Professional experience in blockchain, crypto, and Web3, especially in blockchain infrastructure or DeFi
- Proficiency in programming languages, especially Rust/Move/Solidity/JavaScript
- Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science
- Experience in working with GitHub codebases
- Working knowledge of developer tools like SDKs and APIs
- Proactive, strong written and verbal communication skills. Enjoy writing for a developer audience (e.g., blogs and documentation)
