About the Role:
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who can own projects across the stack and thrive in the chaos and momentum of startup life. This role leans heavily frontend with React, but requires confidence in backend systems (Node.js) as well.
You'll be shipping to production fast, working closely with founders, and contributing to a product with real-world impact in an underserved industry.

Job Details
Ideal Candidate:
4-8 years of experience shipping production software
Strong background with React and solid experience with Node.js
Comfortable across the stack; can design, implement, and scale features end-to-end
Startup-oriented: thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, self-directs
Passionate about automation, infrastructure, or aviation (or curious to learn)
Based in or near San Mateo, CA - willing to work onsite with flexibility
Tech Stack:
Frontend: React, TypeScript
Backend: Node.js
Database: PostgreSQL
Infrastructure: AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
