Overview
At Barr, we believe that effective strategic philanthropy requires the ability and willingness to continuously learn, improve, and adjust. The Learning and Evaluation team supports program teams in strategy development and refinement, evaluation, and organizational learning to advance the Foundation's priorities and maximize impact.
Responsibilities
- Support work across the Barr Foundation in data management, data integrity, data analysis, data visualization, and helping to make meaning around Barr’s grantmaking overall.
- Help build our team’s capacity to support and promote Barr’s deepening commitment to racial equity across all program areas.
- Organize and participate in Foundation-wide learning sessions about the arts, education, and climate fields as well as grantmaking practices and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

- Early career professional who is motivated to join colleagues dedicated to using their talents to improve the world.
- Passion for clean and organized data and enthusiasm to partner with a wide range of stakeholders, not just data enthusiasts.
