Position: Oracle Fusion Payroll Consultant

Location: Dearborn, MI (Onsite) - Locals Only

Type: Contract

Job summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Techno-Functional professional with expertise in US payroll business processes and Oracle Cloud Payroll. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Payroll and fast formulas and be able to effectively manage and optimize payroll operations

Job responsibilities:

• Payroll Management: Oversee and manage payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for US employees.
• Oracle Cloud Payroll: Implement and maintain Oracle Cloud Payroll systems, ensuring seamless integration with other HR and financial systems.
• Fast Formulas: Develop, test, and maintain fast formulas to automate payroll calculations and processes.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and reporting requirements.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
• Reporting: Generate and analyze payroll reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Collaboration: Work closely with HR, finance, and IT teams to ensure alignment and integration of payroll processes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in payroll management, with a focus on US payroll business processes.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Payroll and hands-on experience with fast formulas.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze payroll data and generate meaningful reports.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, HR, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in a senior payroll role within a large organization
• Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
