We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Insurance Defense Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The selected candidate will work on a wide range of insurance defense cases and will have the opportunity to represent clients in a variety of insurance-related disputes. This role will provide you with the opportunity to hone your legal skills and gain valuable experience in the insurance industry. Responsibilities
As a Permanent Insurance Defense Attorney, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to

• Defending insurance companies against claims in both state and federal courts.
• Drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Conducting legal research and analysis to develop effective defense strategies.
• Managing all aspects of discovery, including taking and defending depositions.
• Representing clients in mediations and settlement negotiations.
• Providing legal advice and guidance to insurance companies regarding potential liabilities and risks.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal developments related to insurance defense.
• Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure effective case management.
  

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Insurance Defense Attorney position should possess the following qualifications

• A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing with the state bar.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Proven experience in legal writing and dispute resolution.
• Strong knowledge of insurance laws and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Proficiency in using legal research tools and software.
• A commitment to providing high-quality legal representation to our clients.
