Responsibilities
- Review daily and monthly fund NAV estimates and final NAVs.
- Understand accounting ledger data to review third-party fund administrator data, shadow books, and reconciliations for daily NAV generation.
- Calculate management and incentive fees.
- Oversee daily pricing and valuation of mutual fund holdings, including equities, derivatives, structured credit, and private investments.
- Ensure compliance with SEC filings for regulated mutual funds and Central Bank of Ireland filings for UCITS funds.
- Coordinate with auditors for interim testing and financial statement audits.
- Review financial statements and disclosures to ensure adherence to U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements.
- Assist with ad-hoc reporting such as RoRs, PnL, and position exposure analyses for senior management.
- Prepare materials for valuation committees, investment teams, and Boards of Directors.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (or higher) in Accounting or Finance.
- 6+ years of experience in fund accounting, auditing, or administration.
- CPA preferred.
- Experience with mutual funds and/or hedge funds required.
- Strong Excel skills preferred.
- Knowledge of fund accounting and operations.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and professional integrity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment handling multiple projects.

Compensation
Annual base salary range: $125,000 - $200,000, determined by experience, skills, and location. Additional compensation and benefits are offered beyond base salary.
