About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial leadership and support. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accounting and finance function, ensuring compliance with reporting standards, and partnering with regional and operating company leaders to provide financial and analytical support. Key responsibilities include overseeing the monthly close process, monitoring and analyzing operating results, managing the preparation of financial reports, and implementing and maintaining financial controls. The role also involves attracting and developing key talent within the finance and accounting department, as well as leading efforts to improve management and financial performance.
Applicants for the Regional Chief Financial Officer position at the company should have a degree in finance, accounting, or business, with a preference for a CPA, CMA, or Master's degree. A minimum of 7 years' experience in a mid to senior-level finance or accounting role is required, with a background in manufacturing and/or construction and multi-unit operations highly desired. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial and operational processes, be adept at budgeting, forecasting, and developing analytical models, and possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
