As an Equipment Operator Journey 2 at Fairbanks International Airport, you will operate equipment to keep runways, taxiways, roads, and facilities safe and operational. From snow and ice removal to maintenance, and emergency response, this role is essential to supporting daily airport operations in Interior Alaska.What you will be doing:In this role, you will operate and maintain heavy equipment to keep airport runways, taxiways, and roads clear and safe, especially during winter conditions. A conditional hire approval can only be given for endorsements. This means that the proposed appointee must successfully obtain N-Tanker endorsement within 90 days of hire and sign an agreement to this effect as a condition of employment.
