We provide a one-stop solution that offers new product development or precise replication of existing recipes as well as product manufacturing and packaging. Our custom product lines include poultry, meat and fish specialties, pastas, soups, sauces, certified organic and vegetarian offerings. These can be prepared as entrées, plated meals or bulk-packed meal components.Overhill Farms: A custom manufacturer of high-quality frozen food productsPOSITION SUMMARY:The Quality Control (Q.C.) Clerk plays a vital support role within the Quality Assurance/Control team, assisting with both clerical and technical tasks related to food safety, lab testing, and regulatory compliance. This position is responsible for organizing documentation, facilitating sample submissions, managing data entry, and ensuring that quality control systems are accurately maintained.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning and data entry.Maintain and update physical and digital filing system.Assist in data collection and documentation of temperatures for cooking validation if needed.Generating graph in excel or other programs to assist in statistical analysisCommunication to suppliers for documentation, reports and other letters.Communication to outside service providers to schedule pick-ups and documentation requests.Order and maintain office supplies and inventorySupport department with other administrative tasks as needed.Update List of all forms to update the physical binderGive courier micro samplesNFC Pre Op/New Equipment Sample SubmissionOrganize Lab/testing suppliesData sizing & pick up (data entry)Salt% (data entry)FFA Data (Oil) (data entry)Red Hold Tag Log (KPI)Micro Swab Runs ScheduleNFC swabs OP List/MapDowntime SheetREQUIREMENTS:Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Organized time manager with demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities and able to deliver expectation and results consistently.Ability to function well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Bilingual (English/Spanish), preferred PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENTThe employee will work in an office environment during regular hours. The incumbent may also be required to travel to the nearby facility to support their facility and work extended hours to meet deadlines. While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit for prolonged periods of time and use his/her hands and fingers while typing. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision to the screen.
