What you will be doing:
- Delegates and monitors work orders to ensure on-time shipments
- Acts as a liaison between staff and management including, but not limited to, relaying information to staff and reporting processes/incidents to management
- Ensures staff has necessary and up-to-date training
- Emphasizes quality over quantity when processing any inbound and outbound inventory by utilizing quality control checks
- Receives inventory into the Company systems in a timely manner to expedite the shipment of new materials received
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of related experience and/or training
- Experience using a forklift PC literate to include experience with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with SAP software
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
