This individual will be responsible for inspecting and packaging the product, and rotates throughout production lines as directed by the team. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent. Apply online and kick-start your career today!Pay, Schedule, LocationRanging from $17/hour, paid weekly6:30 pm - 6:30 amLocation in Hazleton, PADuties and ResponsibilitiesVisually inspect products for quality complianceEnsure that customer requirements are met or exceededMake-up and pack boxes with respective products ensuring that product is not mixedMeet daily production requirementsProperly identify each case that is packedAssist with grinding of scrap materials as requiredAssist with training responsibilities as requiredRequirements and QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent experience in lieu of educationExcellent manual dexterity and general coordinationMust be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations and without posing a threat to the health and safety of fellow employeesAble to lift 50lbs frequentlyFluent in English both verbal and writtenMust be able to work a 12 hour shiftAbility to read and understand written specifications, safety issues and interpretation of diagrams for proper packagingPossess an adequate ability to do problem solving and establish cause and effect relationships in an office and/ormanufacturing environmentMaintain a safe, clean and friendly work environmentVisually inspect products for quality complianceEnsure that customer requirements are met or exceededMake-up and pack boxes with respective products ensuring that product is not mixedMeet daily production requirementsProperly identify each case that is packedAssist with grinding of scrap materials and training responsibilities as requiredDemonstrates attention to detail focusing on accuracyAbility to accurately identify differences between major and minor defects and communicate effectively and work closely and productively as part of a cross-functional teamDemonstrates ability to understand and actively participate in all company safety programs, policies and proceduresDemonstrates understanding and knowledge of safe equipment operationsAbility to develop and maintain processes that are compliant with all internal and external quality and product safety requirementsAbility to be a self starter and work independentlyCan demonstrate ability to maintain work area in clean, safe orderDemonstrates ability to sort out-of-spec product for regrindKnowledge of FK products and materials and can differentiate between themDemonstrates ability to ensure trainees follow established procedures in absence of trainer(Salary range based on experience)ABOUT ACCURATE PERSONNELDo you need your next job fast?
