This position ensures accurate documentation, clear communication with internal teams, and proper handling of products to meet both customer and internal delivery expectations.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepare, package, and label completed products (PCB and box-build assemblies) for shipment using appropriate materials (e.g., bubble wrap, foam)Perform data entry for serial number tracking and shipping documentation in ERP or shipping systemsCommunicate shipment details and priorities clearly via email with production leads, supervisors, and logistics contactsCoordinate shipments to customers and internal CFCs, ensuring accuracy and timelinessTrack inventory of shipping supplies and notify appropriate personnel when restocking is neededEnsure compliance with customer packaging requirements and internal quality standardsSupport continuous improvement initiatives and lean activitiesFollow all quality, safety, and housekeeping proceduresQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required (equivalent experience may be considered if language and math skills are demonstrated)1+ year of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or administrative support preferredAbility to read and understand internal documentation in EnglishStrong written communication skills, especially via emailBasic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, divisionAbility to interpret performance graphs and assess product quality from written instructionsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervisionPositive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and willingness to work overtime as neededPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
