? Now Hiring: Air Export Coordinator Boston, MA (On-Site)
Were partnering with a leading global freight forwarder to find an experienced and detail-oriented Air Export Coordinator to join their Boston office. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-paced, international logistics environment where precision, compliance, and customer service are key.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Coordinate all aspects of air export shipments from start to finish
- Prepare and process export documentation in line with regulations and client requirements
- Book cargo with airlines and ensure proper routing
- Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely movement of freight
- Monitor shipments, resolve issues, and keep clients updated throughout the export process
- Ensure compliance with TSA, AES, and international trade regulations
What Were Looking For:
- 13+ years of experience in air export operations within freight forwarding
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and airfreight processes
- Familiarity with systems like Cargowise or similar TMS platforms
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, team-oriented office environment
