We’re hiring a Customer Solutions Engineer to sit at the heart of sales, product, and engineering leading demos, running onboarding projects, and scaling one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in San Francisco.
Customer Solutions Engineer | SaaS Scale-Up | San Francisco
This isn’t a “follow the playbook” role. You’ll sit at the intersection of sales, product, and engineering: Part onboarding, part solutions, part implementation, part customer success. You’ll become a product expert, leading customer demos, running onboarding projects, and making the whole process faster and smoother as the company scales.

What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years in SaaS (implementation, solutions, onboarding, CS, or similar)
- Strong project management skills - able to manage multiple implementations in parallel
- Semi-technical comfort (APIs, SQL, Postman or similar)
- Ability to build credibility with everyone from CFOs to project managers

- Salary: $110k–$165k + equity
