7+ years of Instructional Design experience Strong background in multimedia development Expertise in the following tools: Camtasia Studio 9 Lectora 16 or 17 Captivate 8 or 9 Photoshop CC / Snagit 13 Proficiency in: Excel Word PowerPoint WebEx (Jive) (preferred but not required) Ability to translate business and technical requirements into effective learning solutions Professional writing skills, including instructional text, audio scripts, and video scripts Strong professional communication skills Attention to detail Strong graphic design skills Self-managed and able to respond quickly Some understanding of technical customer service activities, software development, and Cloud solutions (preferred but not required) Responsibilities include: Interview SMEs for input on goals, outcomes, objectives, format, content, etc. Create scenario-based courses using various media incorporated into Lectora, including demos/videos, checklists, animated segments, knowledge checks/validation, and activities/tasks for students based on their role Conduct course pilots, incorporating feedback Provide instructions for maintaining and updating the deliverables
