2-4 years of construction administration experience/knowledge is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Duties & Responsibilities

Distribute project bid requests to subcontractors. Follow up with subcontractors to check bid statuses and answer questions. Manage subcontractor call lists and bid documentation. Organize and manage bid RFIs and subcontractor bids. Assist in managing subcontractor database and project documents. Coordinate permits with government agencies. Work with subcontractors to assemble billings and obtain necessary paperwork. Prepare close-out document packages. Support project management tasks as needed. Manage project documentation, including subcontracts, insurance, and change orders. Maintain project lists, contact lists, and update templates and global directories. Handle technical tasks using Microsoft Office, PDF software, Procore, Sage, and other tools. Individuals must be organized, sociable, energetic, motivated, and possess good oral and written communication skills.
