Job Description
The Resourcing Partner is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, acting as a consistent point of contact for the hiring community. The role involves effective channel management and engaging with relevant teams to source the best talent for each role. Responsibilities:
Line Manager Relationship Management: Providing consultative recruitment advice. Managing vacancy intake sessions with the hiring community to understand candidate and role profiles and advise on sourcing strategies. Providing regular market information from internal (e.g., MI) and external sources to act as a market expert. Assisting in writing approved job specifications in line with legislative requirements. Partnering in recruitment activities and offering added value services. Meeting regularly with Recruitment Business Partners and Team Leaders for cost-saving and value-added initiatives. Recruitment Process Management: Delivering end-to-end recruitment, serving as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers. Working with Recruitment Coordinators to ensure appropriate signoff before starting the search. Collaborating with Recruiters to promote non-agency sourcing and develop effective external sourcing strategies. Attending role briefings with hiring managers and Recruiters to understand roles and agree on sourcing strategies. Working with Internal Mobility Consultants to promote internal candidate sourcing. Briefing PSL agencies with hiring managers to ensure correct positioning of roles. Benchmarking and screening external candidates and developing high-quality shortlists. Engaging with hiring managers for feedback at each recruitment stage. Managing candidate selection and interview processes with Recruitment Coordination support. Managing offers in line with client policies. Providing strategic updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress. Participating in ad hoc projects as required. Process and Procedure Compliance: Ensuring adherence to SLA targets. Maintaining accurate recruitment system data with support from Recruitment Coordinators. Ensuring compliance with all policies, including approval, compensation, email, and cost management policies. Qualifications
