Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

As ADON, you'll work closely with our Director of Nursing to keep our clinical team running smoothly and ensure our residents receive the highest quality of care.
Oversee and support
clinical systems Help manage
nursing staff scheduling, hiring, and development Foster
team morale and motivation
to provide exceptional patient care Assist with
nursing programs and activities Complete reports, evaluations, and charts Step in to support the DON as needed What We Offer
