McAlister's Deli is looking for an exceptional Restaurant Server Busser to join our team. Your job is to provide our guests with an uplifting and personal dining experience. We are looking for motivated team players that can effectively communicate, are coachable, and have a desire to learn about the restaurant and service business. Your overall goal is to exceed our guest's food, beverage, and dining expectations.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests and welcome to the restaurant
Be knowledgeable of menus
Deliver food to guests at their table
Assist in beverage refills and pre-bussing of tables
Provide each guest with our daily specials
Ensure station and dining area is clean and presentable
Upsell when necessary
Restock your station and complete side work
Provide excellent customer service
Prepare dining areas before guests are seated
Stock condiment stations for service
Clean and reset tables when guests leave
Spot sweep and maintain a clean FOH appearance
Maintain health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areas
Requirements:
Personality and Smiles
Willingness to work hard and learn
Excellent communication skills
Positive attitude
Exceptional knowledge of both our drink and food menu
Patience and attentiveness to our guests
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Available to work shifts on weekends, evenings, and holidays
