Note: The hourly rate for this position is $22 - $22 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:
HOURS: 5 X 8'S
Assemble and install kitchen and bathroom cabinets, shelving, and built-ins
Perform residential painting and finishing work (brush, roll, spray)
Execute general handyman duties, including: Drywall repair and patching
Basic plumbing (faucet replacements, minor leak fixes)
Basic electrical (light fixtures, outlets, switches)
Door and window installation/repair
Trim and molding installation
Furniture assembly
Flooring repairs (laminate, tile, hardwood patching)
Minor roofing or siding patchwork
General maintenance and punch-out work
Qualifications:
Be eligible to work in the United States have tools of the trade and bring them to work daily
Be able to work at least 40 hours a week
3+ years of residential carpentry and handyman experience
Proficiency with tools of the trade (saws, drills, levels, paint sprayers, etc.)
Ability to read and follow layouts, drawings, or blueprints
Solid troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
Must be dependable, safety-driven, and able to work independently
