ABOUT THE ROLE Join Amrize, a leading player in the construction materials industry with seven regional business operations in the United States. WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH - Demonstrate commitment to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work settings. - Operate loaders by starting engines, shifting gears, and controlling movements to lift and dump materials efficiently. - Transfer materials from stockpiles to bins and load trucks with various aggregates. - Perform routine and emergency maintenance on plant equipment and mobile machinery. - Conduct inspections, grease, and fuel mobile equipment daily. - Follow safety protocols during the operation and maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members. - Assist in keeping the plant and yard area organized and clean by practicing good housekeeping. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - High School diploma or equivalent is required. - Previous experience operating wheeled loaders is preferred. - Skills in welding are a plus, but not mandatory. - Ability to lift heavy weights (up to 100 lbs) and perform manual labor tasks. - Detail-oriented with strong multitasking capabilities. - At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role. - Valid driver's license is essential. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Applicants must comply with all safety regulations and proper use of Amrize-approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). Candidates required to wear respirators must be clean-shaven as per fit testing requirements.
